Years ago I created a framework of powerful questions which eventually became known as my 'Master Elements'
I evolved them into the nucleus of my award winning Coaching Model.
I will be sharing aspects of this with you from today.
First we need to talk about 'States.'
1. An emotional 'state' is our current mood or feeling, impacting thoughts, behaviors, and reactions.
They are crucial to master because our state shapes our perceptions, emotions and decisions
Mastering states is key, it keeps us focused, motivated, and resilient.
Lets go !
2. There are 10 Emotional Power States within my Master Elements Model:
Each holds the capacity to empower us.
We begin by examining each of them in turn.
Love/Kindness
Gratitude
Positivity
Joy
Flow/Charisma
Growth
Determination
Intent/Focus
Health and Relaxation
Adding Value
3. Love+kindness are feelings of affection, compassion, and empathy towards self and others.
Practicing this improves emotional well-being, enhances relationships, and fosters a supportive environment.
It reduces stress, increases happiness, and promotes a sense of connection.
4. Love and Kindness:
It starts with self and spreads outwards.
By practicing self love and acts of kindness daily, such as caring for others, offering help, and showing empathy.
We focus on this by engaging thoughts and activities that promote self-care and positivity.
5. Gratitude:
What it is: Gratitude involves recognizing and appreciating the positive aspects of our lives, including people, experiences, and opportunities.
Its easy to get caught up in what we dont want, or even what we havent yet achieved.
Gratitude is the antidote.
6. Why it helps us:
Cultivating gratitude can shift our focus from what we lack to what we have, promoting a more positive outlook on life. It can improve mental health, enhance resilience, and increase overall life satisfaction.
The power is in the emotional intent we feel.
7. Positivity
What it is: Positivity is the practice of maintaining an optimistic and hopeful attitude, even in the face of challenges.
It is also what will carry you through the times that life is going against you.
The cup can be half empty or half full.
It all perspective.
8. Why it helps us:
Embracing positivity can lead to better mental and physical health, increased motivation, and improved problem-solving abilities too.
It helps us cope with stress and setbacks more effectively, making it easier to overcome obstacles.
Every element is key
9. Joy
What it is: Joy is a deep sense of happiness and contentment that comes from engaging in activities and experiences that bring us pleasure and fulfillment.
It is about enjoying the journey through life as much as simply reaching the eventual destination
Joy is in the🧠
10. Why it helps us:
Experiencing joy can boost our mood, increase our energy levels, and enhance our overall sense of well-being. It encourages us to seek out and savor positive experiences, contributing to a more satisfying and meaningful life.
Joy = Happiness. Cultivate it
11. Flow
Flow, also known as being "in the zone," is a state of complete absorption in an activity where we lose track of time and self-consciousness.
Charisma is the ability to attract, influence, and inspire others through our presence and communication.
12. Why it helps us:
Achieving flow can enhance our productivity, creativity, and satisfaction in our work and hobbies.
Charisma can improve our social interactions, build stronger relationships, and increase our influence and leadership abilities.
13. Growth:
What it is: Growth involves continuously learning, developing new skills, and expanding our capabilities and understanding.
The more we grow the more we flourish, and the opposite of course is stagnation.
Worse in fact we can even de-evolve.
So we direct to be🌱
14. How to achieve it: Set personal and professional development goals.
Commit to lifelong learning through reading, courses, and seeking new experiences.
Reflect on your progress and adjust your strategies as needed.
It is truly the diet of Kings (and Queens of course)
15. Determination:
What it is: Determinations the resolve and perseverance to pursue our goals and overcome obstacles, even when facing uphill.
Dang, there are plenty of those on the old road of life
I failed many times before I 'made it'
And I will be sharing it all with you
16. Why it helps us:
Cultivating determination can lead to greater success and achievement, by helping us stay focused and resilient too.
It drives us to persist through challenges, learn from failures, and keep moving forward towards our aspirations.
Intent/Focus:
What it is: Intent involves setting clear, purposeful goals, while focus refers to the ability to concentrate our attention and efforts on achieving them.
If I could bottle just this and then sell it, the product would fly off the shelves !
A truly vital thing.
Health and Relaxation:
What it is: Health encompasses physical, mental, and emotional well-being, while relaxation involves practices that reduce stress and promote rest and recovery.
Ok, ok I know im not one for resting; But that also doesn't mean that I dont!
We all need ⚖️
Why it helps us: Prioritizing health and relaxation, improves our quality of life, boosts our immune systems, and enhances our ability to manage stress.
It ensures we have the energy and vitality needed to pursue our goals and enjoy our lives fully.
And dang it really is 🔑
How to achieve it: Adopting a balanced diet, regular exercise, and sufficient sleep.
Incorporating relaxations such as deep breathing, meditation, and such into daily routines.
Taking breaks and making time for leisure activities.
(and avoiding my 16 coffees. Ahem, mumble.)
Value:
What it is: Value involves recognizing our worth and that of others, plus as contributing positively to the world around us too
Of course, all of these emotional states are vital but this is a mindset thats🔑
My success is built on adding massive Value
In Biz+Life+X !
How to achieve it: Recognize your strengths and contributions, and seek opportunities to add value to others lives through acts of service or mentorship or business too.
Align your actions with your core values and strive to make a positive impact in your Community, Tribe+Biz !

By focusing on these emotions and strategies, you cultivate each of the Master States in your life, enhancing well-being and success as a by product.
