Motivation Through Innovation.

Its never too late. Until it eventually is.

And with only 61 days left this year -

This is how i'm turning November into New-vember.

As a time for creative reinvention and evolution.

A sandbox for new ideas and reinvigoration.

By November we are tired.

But that doesn't mean we have to be stale.

When i'm stuck for freshness - I get obsessed with success.

By soaking up tons of Documentaries and Biogs.

Researching how other successful entrepreneurs embraced innovation, is my prelude to inspiration.

But All That Inspiration Is Useless:

Unless you use it to do something uniquely or better.

So ask:

What achievements resulted from taking a risk or trying something different than the norm?

I write down approaches I used that felt uninspired and attempt to reinvent them.

The Proof Is In The Pudding:

How would it feel to end the year with a major win?

One thing you may want to do is draft a “big, juicy promise” to yourself - and stay very accountable.

Example: By December 1st, I will have...

Then share it with a trusted colleague or mentor.

Forwards!

Keeping the energy flowing solves the problem of losing momentum and feeling uninspired.

One of the ways I do this is to:

Identify Energy Drains: I write down what has been draining my energy or holding me back.

Then brainstorm bold or unexpected ways to tackle it.

Whenever breaking from conventions...

Its never easy being different.

I often have to remind myself that:

Testing and risk are always part of growth.

Innovators didn’t wait for the perfect timing; they seized opportunity with urgency.

Use inspiration as your launchpad today.

Self-Coaching Exercise:

Ever tried this?

First write down every objection or fear you have about taking a risk.

It only works if your honest; Then: Flip the Script:

For each, write a counterpoint inspired by a famous innovator who faced similar doubts and succeeded.

Then Just Add You.

It's not about copying others - its about using their stories to help inspire your own.

And reinvigorating motivation.

By completing these little exercises, I hope you’ll gain clarity and transform November into a time of strategic innovation.

LFG people !
