Sleeping Is Cheating - If Your Goals Are BIG Enough.


Catch them Zzz's or Catch them G's - choice is yours.

Here's how I trained myself to need much less of the horizontal plank thing.


1. Wake UP !


8 Hours a night ain't never gonna cut the mustard.

What are you a Disney Princess or something?


One core sleep period of 3-4 hours at night, supplemented by three 10-minute Meditations throughout the day changed everything for me.


But there's more to it than that;


2. Compelling Goals Are The 🔑


Were going to talk about the 'How' but honestly,

it's all about the 'Why.'


If your goals aren't getting you up early then you need to look at your goals before you look at your sleep schedule.


Thinking bigger is what will do this. For real.


3. What Is The Alternative?


The easy option is to hit that snooze button then drag yourself off to a job - that you most likely hate.


I said to myself long ago that will never be me.


Years ago when I had a job. I worked through the entire night many times in order to be free.


4. This Is How I Did It


You have to find what is right for you of course.

But for me the choice was obvious.


Do what had to be done today in order to gain the freedom I desired forever.


Now I get up because I want to.

That first year - there was simply no other choice.

Decide.


5. It Won't Make Me Popular


A lot of people will tell you that you can work on a business for an hour a day and still be successful.


Its true- but it will take you a long dang time.


My mindset was to 10X that and achieve success ten times as fast.


And HOW isnt rocket science;


6. Im Too Tired


Going from 8 hrs kip to just 3 or 4?

Recipe for disaster (worse than Mike Masters cooking)


You need to master Meditation first, then gradually cut down on sleep time by a little more each and every day.


We aint going cold Turkey kids.

Tell your alarm clock too!


7. Worse Before It Gets Better?


Yep. Your going to feel like you gone 7 rounds with young Tyson until your mind and body adjusts.


But the benefit of getting those extra waking hours? Well, priceless.


Its the difference of needing 3 yrs or 12 months to be able to sack your job.


8. The Science Bit


By forcing the body to adapt to shorter sleep periods, you will be more tired initially but the body and mind adapts.


Heres another benefit:


That thing between your ears will enter deep sleep mode and REM stages more quickly, thus improving sleep efficiency.


9. Wakey Wakey


Listen, cutting down on sleep isn't right for everybody...


But neither is spending the rest of your life having to work in a job that you hate either.


If your willing to do what other people arent - and make the time that you need to do so.


Results will =🚀


10. This Is Just The Trailer


You wouldnt watch ten mins of a Movie and think that your Mark Kermode, so obviously this is just the Playschool version of an entirely more nuanced topic.
