Pick one tiny task you've been avoiding,


Like scheduling a dentist appointment

Grab a pen or your phone and jot down 5 things

(That you must tackle next week.)


Not today, not tomorrow, next week.


Future you will thank current you,

and you’ll feel like a productivity god


(while still watching Game of Thrones)


8. "Declutter Like a CEO"


Clear one small space on your desk or phone.

Delete apps you don’t use -

or organize that junk drawer.


5 minutes, maximum.
