And im hardly what anybody could ever call 'work shy'
but even Mr Masters has his moments.

Tip: Schedule everything and stick to it.
Use X to Post and contribute to conversations but don't get lost down the doom scroll Rabbit Hole !

Conditions are rarely ideal!
In 20 years of coaching and writing to deadlines ive heard and seen it all.
Tip: Perfect is the enemy of good. Start now, refine later

This one is controversial...Me, I like to be organized.
Others:
'I need the thrill of a deadline!'
Tip: Break tasks into smaller chunks with mini-deadlines. Less stress, more success!
"I'll do it after I clean my entire house Twice'
A tidy space means a tidy mind, right?" 🧹
Ok ignore my desk...
Excuse: "I can't focus in clutter!"
Tip: Tackle your cleaning task quickly.
Your workspace and your to-do list will thankyou for it
"Just one more snack break. Brain food is important, you know Mr Masters!" 🍫
Excuse: "I can't think on an empty stomach!"
Tip: Plan healthy snacks ahead of time.
Fuel your brain without derailing your focus.
(And 23 Coffees doesnt count ok !)
"I'll reply to all my emails first, then I'll get to the big stuff." 📧
Excuse: "I need to clear my inbox!"
Come on man - your emails from the Bikini Bots can wait !
Tip: Set specific times for email, and stick to them. Prioritize your main tasks.🔑

Excuse: "I need to know what's happening!"
Years ago I used to have the News on when working too.
Now - never. (Its only ever bad anyway)
Tip: Limit news checks to specific times.
Stay Informed not distracted 🗞️
"I can't start without my lucky pen. Where is it?" ✒️
Excuse: Some people ive coached need the entire solar systems planets to align before they start something !
Tip: Motivation can often follow action, not the other way round!
And Although Were Having A Chuckle
Theres nothing funny about sitting there doing nothing
Im a highly motivated person, but not always!
Even I have an Accountability Coach and Mastermind Group who keep me keeping serious.
Although usually its people telling me to stop!😉
