Yoga Isnt For Everyone

(and we might even be able to squeeze in some content creation tips too)


You know its Horses for Courses and each to their own.

I just started Tai Chi recently. Its great !


But I got dragged along to Yoga once by a girlfriend...


Not Giving Up The Day Job


Listen, im all about trying out new experiences, and ill try most things.

But even after just 10mins, I knew Yoga wasnt going to be for me.


TIP: In content, flexibility is key though

Adapt and stretch your ideas to keep your audience engaged!🧘‍♂️📈


Downward Dog To Downward Log 🪵


Jeez, this girl was acting like a Contortionist !

You ever tried balancing in tree pose and felt like a wobbling Wi-Fi signal? 🌳📶


TIP: Balance your content like your pose: a bit of fun, info, and personality goes a dang long way! 🎭📝


Wasnt In The Right Mindset


It takes a lot to drag me away from my work folks.


I was supposed to be channeling inner peace but was actually wondering if I left the oven on ! 🔥😅


TIP: Align your content's purpose with your mind's focus to avoid burnout! 🧠💡


From Warrior To Whinger


I attempted a 'warrior pose' and almost declared war on my Achilles. ⚔️😂

This dang lady had got Mike all wrapped up !

I had to get the hell out.


TIP: Just like in editing, sometimes you need to retreat and regroup to make your content stronger.🎬🔁


So Maybe Not For Me Then...


And the reality is that Yoga is a good thing. 🧘‍♀️

Just like any pursuit is for relaxation and health.


TIP: But just like I was trying to be something that I wasnt, the best Creators always stay true to themselves.
